Required documents
Documents for obtaining a work visa for Europe
A precise list of documents required to obtain a visa will be provided by the visa application center or consulate. However, the general requirements for documents are more or less the same:
International passport valid for a maximum of 10 years, with at least two blank pages and an expiry date no earlier than 90 days after the planned date of exit from the country;
Two color photos measuring 3.5 × 4.5 cm on a white background, taken no earlier than 6 months before the date of submission of the document, pasted on the visa application form;
Visa application form completed on paper. It can be submitted no earlier than 3 months before the planned trip;
Bank statement for the last three months with information on your account balance;
Health insurance card;
Invitation from an employer;
Contact details of the applicant.

Procedure

Clarification and agreement of the country, the desired vacancy and the candidate's working conditions
sending photos/scans of the candidate's required documents via email
Receive a response from the employer about the willingness to process documents for the candidate's employment
Make a deposit of 35 to 50% (depending on country) of the total cost of the service.
Sending by the employer and receipt by the client of photos/scans of all documents for their subsequent submission to the consulate/visa center of the country of residence.
Verification by the client/agent of received documents for reliability of specified information and authenticity (if possible)
Payment of the second part 35-50% of the total cost of the service and delivery by courier of the original documents to the indicated address of the client/agent (turnaround time 3-5 days!)
Sending original documents by the employer to the client's specified address (deadline up to 5-7 days)
Registration and submission of original documents by the client to the consulate/visa center for obtaining a work visa/ID card in the country of residence. ten.
Receipt of work visa/ID card from client
payment of the remaining amount of 30% (depending on the country) for all services completed.

Arrival of the candidate in the EU country (maximum duration of departure from the country of residence - up to 30 days!), reception of the client by the employer's representative, transfer to the place of accommodation, briefing
Start of the candidate's work in the employer's organization in accordance with the company's schedule and conditions
Draw up documents for obtaining an identity card for temporary stay in the country for 2-3 years after successful completion of the probationary period of 1-2 months
